“Chima is more than just a restaurant, it’s a passion,” said Bruno Silva, Owner/Founder of all Chima Brazilian Steakhouses. “The Brazilian culture is intoxicating and vibrant. I wanted to share this excitement with everybody and the best way to do this was to create an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our concept has done exceptionally well in South Florida and the feedback in Virginia and Atlanta has been strong, so we have every indication that Chima will be highly successful in all future markets.”
Designed as a modern and chic restaurant, Chima provides authentic Brazilian cuisine and the ultimate Brazilian experience with an exquisite flair and passion that is evident in their service, food and appearance. They currently sell the sizzle and the steak as well as 17 kinds of meat – ranging from filet mignon, pork loin, lamb chops, chicken and salmon all served by authentic Gauchos dressed in traditional Brazilian attire which provide table-to-table service for guests. Guests can choose between “Churasco,” (Brazilian BBQ served rodizio style) which includes all the meats and salad bar, or salad bar option only. Meals are accompanied by one of the most inclusive salad bars, with a wide range of American and Brazilian favorites with more than 40 items- including salads, oven fresh breads, soups, cheeses and deli meats. A full bar provides standard and specialty drinks like the Chima Mojito and the Classic Caipirinha, and a wine list that is the envy of connoisseurs everywhere.
